How The Twelve Weeks Work
We are specific about this because you are paying for a journey, not for a number in a product name. Every week has something in it, and every date is in the details further down.
The Education Phase
Your recorded lessons open on a Sunday and you work through them in the week. The live session for that set is the following Sunday. Two hours, taking a single project from initiation through to closure.
Your Delivery Walkthrough
You write your own account of how a project runs from start to finish. Built from the notes you made in each module, so it is mostly assembly. It is also an answer to a question you are very likely to be asked at interview.
Career Positioning, Day One
An hour on reading adverts and job descriptions for what they actually ask. Then four hours building your Personal Evidence Bank against what you have just learned to read.
Career Positioning, Day Two
Five hours building your CV from that evidence, taught as the complete Timeless CV method. Testing it against live vacancies is built into the day rather than bolted onto the end, so you finish knowing both what your CV says and whether the market can see it.
The Application Window
You review the live market in the areas you are targeting, shortlist the roles genuinely worth your time, tailor what you have built against real adverts, and work through the final readiness checklist. Materials and checklist provided. This is the part that stops you applying widely without a clear reason.

You have everything you need to start applying. Most people going for these roles begin organising themselves at the point the vacancy appears. You will already be organised.

Planning At A Practical Level
You will understand how scope becomes phases, milestones, ownership and a workable delivery rhythm. Live, we break the work down together so you can see how planning actually supports delivery.
Delivery Rhythm, Tracking And Reporting
What happens once work is moving. How updates get gathered, how risks and issues surface, how progress gets discussed, and how a team knows whether the work is still on track.
Closure, Done Properly
What closure actually involves, reviewing governance records, final stakeholder communications and resource wrap up. Live, our project closes, and you see what a finished project leaves behind.
Every live session ends with the part that gets missed everywhere else. Not the theory of a RAID log, but what happens on a Tuesday when somebody tells you something in a corridor and you have to decide whether it goes in the log, who needs to know, and how you write it down. That comes from having done the job.
Guided exercises throughout the education phase help you apply what you are learning and compare your thinking with a completed MABY example.

What is the Delivery Walkthrough?
Your own written account of how a project runs from start to finish, written in weeks 7 and 8, between the education phase and your evidence day.
It is built from the notes you made during each module, it takes two or three hours, and it is yours. It is both the pre-work for the evidence day and an answer to a question you are very likely to be asked at interview.
Do I need project management experience?
No. You do not need formal project management experience.
You do need to be willing to examine your previous work, study, volunteering, business or life experience honestly, because the Career Positioning days build from what you have actually done.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and stays available to you for a year. Watch it before the next one, because the project moves forward each week and the following session builds on where it got to.
How is my work checked?
You compare your work with completed MABY examples and use the checks provided to confirm the key elements are present, so you always know the standard you are working to.
One to one review and mentoring sit inside the Practical Simulation pathway, which is a separate product with its own fee and its own enrolment. Sprint participants become eligible for it afterwards.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Three monthly payments of £285, which is £855 in total.
The first is taken at checkout and the next two follow a month apart, so everything is settled before the Sprint finishes. Paying in full is £800.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a MABY certificate of completion after meeting the Sprint completion requirements.
You do not need another course that leaves you with vocabulary.
