12 Week Project Delivery Career Sprint
Learn project delivery. Build the evidence. Position yourself for the market.
You do not need previous project experience to join.
Across 12 weeks, you will learn how a project moves from the original business need through initiation, planning, delivery and closure. You will then turn that learning and practical application into evidence, a targeted CV and a clearer route into the job market.

Route two · Turn the experience you already have into evidence
Evidence Mapping Workshop
Your job title may not say project management. Your experience may tell a different story.
You have probably planned, coordinated, improved, resolved and delivered more than your CV currently shows.
During this four hour live workshop, you will uncover the relevant knowledge and skills inside your existing roles and turn them into evidence employers can recognise.
This is for you if
- You already understand the basics of project management.
- You have employment, business, volunteering or community experience to draw from.
- Your CV lists responsibilities but does not communicate the value of what you have done.
- You struggle to find strong examples for applications and interviews.
During the workshop, you will
- Identify project delivery activity inside your existing roles.
- Separate ordinary duties from usable evidence.
- Build three structured Evidence Records during the session.
- Map your evidence against roles you want to pursue.
- Begin your Personal Evidence Bank.
- Learn the method for continuing to build your bank after the workshop.

Can I join the Sprint without previous project experience?
Yes. The Sprint begins with the foundations and takes you through the project lifecycle before moving into evidence, CV development and market positioning.
What do I need before joining Evidence Mapping?
You need a basic understanding of project management and some employment, business, volunteering or community experience to draw from. If you would value a refresher, you can add PM Fundamentals during checkout.
What if I book Evidence Mapping and later want the Sprint?
You can upgrade before the Sprint begins. Your £75 Evidence Mapping payment will be applied towards your Sprint place.
Will I attend Evidence Mapping again inside the Sprint?
Yes, but you will not be repeating the same work. The standalone workshop helps you extract evidence from your existing experience. Inside the Sprint, you can use the method again to capture the new project evidence you have built through the programme.
Can I add the CV Workshop after booking Evidence Mapping?
Yes. Once your Evidence Mapping booking is complete, you can add the Timeless CV Workshop for £105 instead of the standard £150. This brings the complete Evidence to CV pathway to £180.
Can I pay for the Sprint in instalments?
Yes. You can pay £800 in full or choose three monthly payments of £285.
What happens after I book?
You will receive confirmation by email, access instructions and details of anything you need to complete before your first live session.
