Session 1
Pre-Interview Assessment
Before anything else, we need to know what you are working with. You walk us through your best answers to the role you are targeting.
- You share your current responses to the key competency questions for your target role
- We assess your answers against what interviewers actually score for
- You receive direct, honest feedback on what is working and what is not
- We identify the gaps before you go into the hot seat
- You leave with the preparation material you need to get ready
You go away with clear feedback and the material to prepare properly for the mock.
Session 2
Hot Seat Mock Interview
This is the real thing. You as the candidate. Us as the employer. No hints mid-session. No second chances. We run the interview the way it would actually happen.
